What is Embodiment?
So what exactly is Embodiment? In the simplest form, it's best understood as "inhabiting self." When we tap into our truest nature, in all of its forms, we find us. In journeying within, we connect to our essence, tapping into the wisdom and deep knowing that lives inside us all.
It's a practice that developed and strengthened overtime, deepening our sensitivity to the many languages our body and spirit use to communicate with us. By learning to better understand and listen to what our body offers, we can begin to move forward in our lives with a truer sense of purpose, confidence, trust, alignment and depth of feeling.
